
This is buckwheat cereal. I soak the buckwheat, the dry it out. Add honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, coconut, flax seed then let it dry out for a few more hours in the oven (or dehydrator). When it is finished it makes a very yummy cold cereal breakfast. Much cheaper and healthier than regular cold cereal! I am also going to add raisins this time. Oh, and did I mention the the kids
love it, and were disappointed to learn we had run out this morning?
What should be cooking.....

I probably should be starting on dinner. Pepperoni Calzone! Especially since Wyatt has AWANA in less than 2 hours. But my oven is full! ...what's a mom to do??!!
